New Mexico Arrest Records

Arrest information on the individuals of those made in the State of New Mexico for felony, misdemeanor and DWI are maintained in the New Mexico State Central Repository for Criminal History. This databank resides at the Department of Public Safety (DPS) under the care of the Statewide Law Enforcement Support group. It’s mandated by the New Mexico Arrest Record Information Act that any member of the public in New Mexico is entitled to inspect, in person, through his counsel or through his authorized agent, his or her own New Mexico Arrest Records.

To obtain arrest record information, an applicant must complete a Department of Public Safety (DPS) release form accompanied by the required fee of $15 per record check. Payment should be made by money order or cashier’s check in favour of the DPS.
