Police have arrested Michael Di Gino for lewd acts with a teenage girl. The victim and the suspect had a teacher-student relationship. The 38-year-old man had been a teacher at Merryhill Preparatory School for the past 14 years. He was immediately fired from his job after being taken into custody. .The victim alleged that she had been sexually assaulted by Di Gino several times and that the incidents had taken place on campus in 2009. The school has responded quickly to ensure that students are kept safe but none of the allegations have been proven in court yet.
